How to make Cheese Paratha?

INGREDIENTS:

  • Whole Wheat Flour – 2 cups
  • Salt – As per your taste
  • Water – 1 Cup
  • Flour for dusting – ¼ Cup
  • Onion – ½ Cup (Finely Chopped)
  • Cabbage – ½ Cup (Finely Chopped)
  • Capsicum – ¼ Cup (Finely Chopped)
  • Grated Cheese – 2 Cup
  • Italian Herb Seasoning – 1 Teaspoon
  • Oil – 1 Tablespoon

Preparation Method

Today’s recipe is delicious and taste recipe that is Cheese Paratha and so let’s gets started.

Step 1 (Cheese Paratha)

  • Take a bowl and add 2 cups of Whole Wheat Flour and then add salt as per your taste and add water as required and mix it to make soft dough.
  • Then cover it and keep a side for resting for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Take a pan and add oil and then add ½ Cup of Finely Chopped Onion and cook it till it becomes golden brown colour by keeping the flame on medium.
  • And then add ½ Cup of Finely Chopped Cabbage and add ¼ Cup of Finely Chopped Capsicum and then add salt as per your taste and continue cooking till it becomes soft and dry.

Step 2 (Cheese Paratha)

  • Then add 1 Teaspoon of Italian Herb Seasoning and mix it well and turn off the stove and transfer it to a bowl.
  • After it cool down add 2 Cup of Grated Cheese and mix it well to form the mixture stuffing.
  • Now take the dough and knead it again and divide it into 6 parts and roll it to form a ball shape.  
  • Then a ball and dip it in dry flour and roll it to a big circle and add the mixture stuffing in the centre and fold it in square shape.

Step 3 (Cheese Paratha)

  • Again deep the square shape dough in the dry flour and roll it again to form the Paratha.
  • Take a pan adds oil and heat it medium flame and add the stuffed Paratha in the pan and cook until it becomes light brown colour.
  • Then flip it and cook the other side by adding oil and continue cooking by flipping either the sides for 2 or 3 times, then turn of the stove.

Cheese Paratha is ready to serve by keeping the tomato ketchup by the side, so you can try this recipe in your home and enjoy it and share the recipe with your family and friends.
