INGREDIENTS:

  • Mangoes – 5 No’s
  • Whipping cream – 2 Cup
  • Mangoes – ½ Cup (Finely Chopped)
  • Sugar – 1 Tablespoon

Preparation Method

Today’s recipe is delicious and taste recipe that is Mango ice cream and so let’s gets started.

Step 1 (Mango ice cream)

  • Take 5 mangoes and peel of the skin and chop the mangoes in small pieces.
  • Then take a blender and add chopped mangoes and blend it well to form a mango puree and keep it a side.
  • Take a bowl and add 2 cup of whipping cream use a electric blender to whip the cream until stiff peaks.
  • Then take a bowl and add the mango puree and then add 1 tablespoon of sugar and add the blended cream.

Step 2 

  • By using the electric blender blend the mixture very well for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Take a metal container and add the mixture to set the ice cream and then add some chopped mangoes and mix gently.
  • Cover the ice cream and freeze it in the refrigerator overnight or 5 to 6 hours times.
  • Then after 5 to 6 hours remove the ice cream from the refrigerator and take a serving bowl and keep 2 or 3 scoops of ice cream and add few chopped mangoes.    

Mango ice cream is ready to serve, so you can try this recipe in your home and enjoy it and share the recipe with your family and friends.
