INGREDIENTS:

  • Puffed Rice – 2 Cup
  • Masala Puffed Rice – 2 Cup
  • Onion – 1/2 Cup (Finely Chopped)
  • Carrot – 1/4 Cup (Grated)
  • Pomegranate – 1/2 Cup
  • Boiled Potato – 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
  • Raw Mango – 1/2 Cup (Finely Chopped)
  • Cucumber – 1/2 Cup (Finely Chopped)
  • Salt – As per your taste
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 TSP
  • Coriander Powder – 1/2 TSP
  • Chat Masala – 1/2 TSP
  • Lemon Juice – 1 TSP
  • Bhel Puri Chutney – 1 TSP
  • Tamarind Chutney – 1 TSP
  • Sev – 1 Cup
  • Garnish with Coriander Leaves

Step 1 (Bhel Puri)

  • Take a bowl and add Puffed Rice 2 Cup.
  • And add Masala Puffed Rice 2 Cup and mix it well.
  • Add Onion 1/2 Cup (Finely Chopped) and add Carrot 1/4 Cup (Grated).
  • And add Pomegranate 1/2 Cup and mix it well.
  • Add Boiled Potato 1/2 Cup (Chopped) & add Raw Mango 1/2 Cup (Finely Chopped) and mix it well.
  • And add Cucumber – 1/2 Cup (Finely Chopped) and mix it well.
  • And add Salt As per your taste and add Red Chilli Powder 1/2 TSP.
  • And add Coriander Powder 1/2 TSP and add Chat Masala 1/2 TSP.
  • And add Lemon Juice 1 TSP and mix it well.
  • And add Bhel Puri Chutney 1 TSP and add Tamarind Chutney 1 TSP and mix it well.
  • And add Sev 1 Cup and mix it well.
  • Move the Bhel Puri to a serving bowl and Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
