INGREDIENTS:

  • Mashed Potato – 2 No’s
  • Italian Seasoning – 1/2 TSP
  • Salt – As per your taste
  • Onion – 1/4 Cup (Finely Chopped)
  • Corn – 1/4 Cup (Boiled)
  • Coriander Leaves – Handful (Chopped)
  • Corn Flour – 1 TSP
  • Bread Crumps – 1 TSP
  • Oil – As per your need

Preparation Method

Today’s recipe is delicious and taste recipe that is Corn Balls and so let’s gets started.

Step 1 (Corn Balls)

  • Take bowl and add Mashed Potato 2 No’s and add Italian Seasoning 1/2 TSP.
  • And add Salt as per your taste and add Onion 1/4 Cup (Finely Chopped) and add Corn 1/4 Cup (Boiled).
  • And add Handful Chopped Coriander Leaves and add Corn Flour 1 TSP and add Bread Crumps 1 TSP and mix it well.
  • Mix everything well and prepare thick dough and apply oil on the palm and gently start rolling the corn dough into small balls.
  • Take a kadai and add oil and heat it. And drop the Corn balls into the kadai for deep frying.
  • Fry the Corn balls till it reaches golden brown colour and move it to a serving plate.
  • Corn Balls are ready to serve now.
