  • Then add chopped onions and sauté it until it reaches golden brown colour. And add ginger garlic paste and cook for about a minute.
  • Add the spices, including turmeric, cumin, coriander, chilli powder, and fenugreek seeds. Stir well to coat the onions and aromatics.
  • If using tomatoes, add them to the mixture and cook until they soften.
