How to make Chole Bhature?

Hello Friends welcome to SAS BLOGGER, Today we are going to see how to make Chole Bhature.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Maida – 250 Gram
  • Sugar – 1 Tablespoon
  • Baking Soda – ¼ Teaspoon
  • Baking Powder – 1 Teaspoon
  • Oil – 2 Tablespoon
  • Water – As per your need
  • Oil – To deep fry Bhature
  • Curd – ¼ Cup

Preparation Method

Today’s recipe is delicious and taste recipe that is Chole Bhature and so let’s gets started.

Step 1 (Chole Bhature)

  • Take a bowl and add 250 Gram of Maida and then add 1 Tablespoon of Sugar and add ¼ Teaspoon of Baking Soda and then add 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder and add ¼ cup of curd.
  • And add 2 Tablespoon of Oil and then add Water as per your need mix it well start kneading to form soft dough and keep it aside for about 2 hours.
  • Then Divide the dough into 6 – 8 big portions, take big dough & smoothed it with oil, roll & flatten the dough, in between your palm.
  • Take a kadai and enough oil to fry Bhatura and dip the dough in the oil and fry it until the Bhatura puff up nicely and flip it and fry the other side.
  • Then take Bhatura from the kadai and place it a tissue or kitchen towel and remove the excess oil.  

Chole Bhature is ready to serve by keeping chana masala by the side, so you can try this recipe in your home and enjoy it and share the recipe with your family and friends.
