INGREDIENTS:

  • Basmathi Rice – 1 Cup
  • Water – For soaking
  • Kabuli Chana – 1 Cup
  • Oil – 1 Tablespoon
  • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1 Teaspoon
  • Biryani Masala – ½ Teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder – ¼ Teaspoon
  • Salt – As per you need
  • Giner Garlic Paste – 1 Teaspoon
  • Mint – 1 Tablespoon (Finely Chopped)
  • Coriander Leaves – 1 Tablespoon (Finely Chopped)
  • Fried Onion – 2 Tablespoon
  • Green Cardamom – 3 No’s
  • Cinnamon Sticks – 2 Small\
  • Bay Leaf – 1 No
  • Curd – 4 Tablespoon
  • Water – As per you need

Preparation Method

Today’s recipe is delicious and taste recipe that is Kabuli Chana Biryani and so let’s gets started.

Step 1 (Kabuli Chana Biryani)

  • Take 1 Cup of Basmathi Rice and soaked in water for about 20 minutes.
  • Then take a large bowl and add 1 Cup of Kabuli Chana and then add 2 Tablespoon of Fried Onion and add 1 Teaspoon of Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder.
  • And then add ½ Teaspoon of Biryani Masala and add ¼ Teaspoon of Turmeric Powder and then add Salt as per your need and add 4 Tablespoon of Curd and mix it well and keep the mixture a side for 10 minutes.
  • Take a presure cooker and add 1 Tablespoon of Oil and then add 3 No’s of Green Cardamom and add 2 No’s of Cinnamon Sticks and then add bay leaf.
  • And add 1 Teaspoon of Giner Garlic Paste and then add the mixture and add the soaked basmathi rice and mix it well.
  • Then add water as per your need and presure cook it and after 1 whistle close the stove and after it cool down a bit open the cooker and garnish with chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves.
