How to make French Fry?

Hello Friends welcome to SAS BLOGGER, Today we are going to see how to make French Fry.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Potatoes – 4 No’s (Large Size)
  • Salt – 1 Tablespoon (For soaking in water)
  • Water – As per your need
  • Oil – For Frying
  • Salt – As per your taste

Preparation Method

Today’s recipe is delicious and taste recipe that is French Fry and so let’s gets started.

Step 1 (French Fry)

  • Take 4 large potatoes and peel of the skin and trim offnthe edges of the potatoes and rinse it in water.
  • Then slize the potatoes vertically to get the equally size with medium thickness.
  • Take a bowl and add cool water as per your need and move the slized potatoes into the bowl and keep it a side for about 15 minutes.
  • Then take a bowl and add hot water and add 1 tablespoon of salt and move the slized potatoes into the hotwater and keep it a side for about 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes move the sliced potatoes into the kitchen towel for drying it.

Step 2 (French Fry)

  • Then take a pan and add oil and heat it by keeping flame on medium and move the sliced potatoes into the pan and fry it for about 5 minutes in batches.
  • After 5 minutes take the fried potatoes from the oil and move to kitchen towel or tissue to remove the excess oil but color of the potato didn’t change.
  • After the fries cooled completely again fry the potatoes in medium flame until it turns golden brown and cryspy.
  • Then turn off the stove and move the fry into a serving fry.    

(Tips – Once the fry cool down completely after we fried the sliced potatoes for first time we can freeze the fries in the refrigerator and use it when ever needed.)

French Fry is ready to serve by keeping the tomato ketchup by the side, so you can try this recipe in your home and enjoy it and share the recipe with your family and friends.
