  • Take 2 No’s Mangoes and washes it and peels of the skin and cut it into small pieces.
  • Then take 1 Raw Mango and wash it and peel of the skin and cut it into small pieces.
  • Take a blender and add the ripped mangoes pieces and then add a cup of raw mango pieces and add 4 tablespoon of water.
  • And blend it until it becomes smooth and nice mango paste and then transfer the mango paste to a bowl.
  • Take a Pan and add the mango paste and then add 1 cup of water and mix it well for few minutes.
  • Then add 1 cup of sugar and mix it well continuously for 10 minutes by keeping the flame on low.
  • Continue cooking until it turns transparent and add 2 teaspoon of lemon and mix it well and turn of the stove.
  • After it cool down completely then strain the mango paste and add 3 cup of water and mix it well.
  • And refrigerate it for about 30 minutes and transfer the mango Frooti into a serving glass.
