INGREDIENTS:

Butter – 100 grams

Onion – 1 No (Large size – Chopped Roughly)

Garlic – 1 Clove (Crushed)

Mushroom – 200 Gram (Finely Chopped)

Maida – 2 Tablespoon

Cream – 4 Tablespoon

Water – 2 Cups

Pepper Powder – ½ Teaspoon

Salt – As per your taste

Milk – 1 Cup

Coriander Leaves – 1 Tablespoon (Finely Chopped)

Preparation Method:

Today’s recipe is a Cream of Mushroom Soup, so let’s get started.

Step 1 (Cream of Mushroom Soup)

  • Take a kadai and add 100 grams of Butter and heat it and then add roughly chopped Onion and add Crushed Garlic and sault it.
  • And add 200 Gram of Finely Chopped Mushroom and saute it until onion and mushroom reaches light golden brown colour by keeping the flame on low.
  • Then add 2 Tablespoon of maida and sault it and add 1 cup of milk and then add 2 Cups of Water and sault it and then add ½ teaspoon of pepper powder and check for seasoning by adding salt as per your need.
  • And then add 4 Tablespoon Cream and sault it and turn of the stove and move it to a serving bowl and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
