  2. Spicy Masala Butter Milk

INGREDIENTS:

To Make Butter Milk

  • Curd – 1 Cup
  • Water – 2 Cup
  • Salt – As per your taste

Preparation Method:

Today’s recipe is a Butter Milk, so let’s get started.

Step 1 (Butter Milk)

  • Take a blender jar and add 1 cup of curd and add 2 cup of water and salt as per your taste.
  • And blend it for few minutes and move it to a serving glass

  • Curd – 1 Cup
  • Green Chilli – 1 No (chopped very finely)
  • Ginger – 1 Piece (Finely Chopped)
  • Asafoetida – ¼ Teaspoon
  • Water – 2 Cup
  • Salt – As per your taste
  • Coriander Leaves – 1 Tablespoon (Finely Chopped for Garnish)

Preparation Method:

Today’s recipe is a Spicy Masala Butter Milk, so let’s get started.

Step 1 (Spicy Masala Butter Milk)

  • Take a blender jar and add 1 cup of curd and add finely chopped green chilli and then add finely chopped ginger and add ¼ teaspoon of Asafoetida.
  • And then add 2 cup of water and add salt as per your taste and blend it and then add 1 cup of curd and blend it for few minutes.
  • And move it to a serving glass and garnish with coriander leaves.
