How to make Cheese Ball Recipe?

 

Hello Friends welcome to SAS FOOD BLOGS, Today we are going to see how to make Cheese Ball Recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Bread crumbs – 3 Tablespoon
  • Cheese – 250 Gram (Grated)
  • Paneer – 200 Gram (Grated)
  • Boiled potatoes – 200 Grams (Grated)
  • Green Chilli – 1 No (Chopped Finely)
  • Coriander Leaves – 1Tablespoon (Finely Chopped)
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 Tablespoon’
  • Salt – As per your taste
  • Black pepper powder – 1 Teaspoon
  • Corn-starch – 2 Tablespoon
  • Maida – 3 Tablespoon
  • Water – As per your need
  • Oil – As per your need (For Frying)
  • Mayonnaise – ½ Cup
  • Ketchup – ½ Cup

Preparation Method:

Today’s recipe is a Cheese Ball Recipe, so let’s get started.

Step 1 (Cheese Ball Recipe)

  • Take about 8 bread slice and take a pan and toast it until it become crispy and reach golden brown colour on both the sides.
  • After the bread cool down then move it to a blender and blend it to a fine powder. Home-made Bread crumbs are ready keeping it a side.
  • Take a bowl and add 250 gram of grated Cheese and then add 200 gram of grated paneer and add 200 gram of grated Boiled potatoes and add 1 no of finely chopped green chilli.
  • Then add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped Coriander Leaves and add 1/2 table spoon of Ginger garlic paste and then add 3/4 teaspoon of Black pepper powder.
  • And Check for seasoning by adding salt as per your taste and then add 1 tablespoon of Maida and add 3 tablespoon of home-made bread crumps and mix it well and make it a dough.
  • Then take sufficient quantity of the dough and shape into balls and keep it a side.
  • Take a bowl and add 2 tablespoon of Corn-starch and add 2 tablespoon of maida and add salt as per your taste and add 1/4 teaspoon of Black pepper powder.
  • And whisk it well by adding water gradually until it becomes smooth slurry.
  • Then dip and coat the balls in the prepared slurry and then further coat the balls with home-made bread crumbs and refrigerate for about 15 minutes time.
  • Take a kadai and add oil and heat it and fry the cheese ball until it become crispy and reach golden brown colour in both side by keeping the flame on low, then off the stove and move it to serving plate.

Cheese Ball Recipe is ready to serve by keeping Mayonnaise and Ketchup by the side, so you can try this recipe in your home and enjoy it and share the recipe with your family and friends.
