INGREDIENTS:

  • lemon juice – 1 Tablespoon
  • Coriander – ¼ cup (finely chopped)
  • Oil – 2 Teaspoon
  • Garlic – 2 Teaspoon (finely chopped)
  • Green Chilli – 1 No (finely chopped)
  • Onion – ¼ Cup (finely chopped)
  • Cabbage –  ¼ Cup (finely chopped)
  • Carrot –  ¼ Cup (finely chopped)
  • Basic Vegetable Stock – 3 Cup
  • Salt as per your taste
  • Corn Flour – 2 Teaspoon (Dissolved in 2 Tablespoon of water)

Preparation Method

Today’s recipe is a simple and tasty soup recipe that is Lemon and Coriander Soup, so let’s get started.

Step 1 (Lemon and Coriander Soup)

Take a non-stick pan and heat it and add 2 teaspoon of oil and add 2 teaspoon of garlic (finely chopped) and add a green chilli (finely chopped) and saute it for few seconds by keeping the flame on medium.

Then add ¼ cup of onion (finely chopped) and saute it for 2 to 3 minutes by keeping the flame on medium and add ¼ cup of cabbage (finely chopped) and add ¼ cup of carrot (finely chopped) and saute it for 1 to 2 minutes by keeping the flame on medium.

Step 2 (Lemon and Coriander Soup)

Then add 3 cup of basic vegetable stock and add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and add salt as per your taste then add 2 teaspoon of corn flour (dissolved in 2 tablespoon of water) and mix it well by keeping the flame on medium and cook for 4 to 5 minutes and turnoff the stove.
