How to make Cranberry Burfi?

Hello Friends welcome to SAS FOOD BLOGS, Today we are going to see how to make Cranberry Burfi.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Khoya – 500 Grams
  • Sugar – 250 Grams
  • Dried Cranberries – 200 Grams (Chopped)
  • Nuts – 100 Grams (Almonds and Cashew Chopped)
  • Green Cardamom Powder – 1 Teaspoon
  • Pistachio Silvers – 1 Tablespoon

Preparation Method 

Today’s recipe is a simple and Tasty recipe that is Cranberry Burfi, so let’s get started.

Step 1 (Cranberry Burfi)

Take a kadai and add 500 Gram of khoya and add 250 gram of sugar and mix it well by keeping it low flame until the sugar and khoya melts and form into nice and smooth mixture.

Cook till the mixture become thicker then add 200 gram of dried cranberries (Chopped) and add 100 gram of Nuts (Almonds and Cashew Chopped) and add 1 teaspoon of green cardamom powder and mix it well.

Step 2

Then transfer the mixture smoothly into a greased tray that is lined with a butter paper, spread the mixture evenly to the tray. And Top the tray by adding 1 Tablespoon of pistachio silvers and spread it gently.

Then cool it for about 3 to 4 hours for Burfi to get set and then cut burfi in any shape of your wish. Cranberry Burfi is ready for eating. So you can try this recipe in your home and enjoy it and share the recipe with your family and friends.
