How to make Sabudana Khichdi?

Hello Friends welcome to SAS FOOD BLOGS, Today we are going to see how to make Sabudana Khichdi.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Peanuts – 2 cups
  • Sabudana – 1 cup (soaked in water)
  • Peanut Powder – ½ cup
  • Salt as per you taste
  • Sugar – 2 Teaspoon
  • Ghee – 2 Tablespoon
  • Green chillies – 1 No
  • Potatoes – 2 No’s (medium size boiled)
  • Handful of coriander leaves

Preparation Method 

Today’s recipe is a simple and easy recipe that is Sabudana Khichdi, so let’s get started.

Step 1 (Sabudana Khichdi)

Take a kadai and add 2 cups of peanuts and roast the peanuts on medium flame for about 5 to 10 minutes. And cool it and move it to the mixture jar and grind it into nice course powder.

Take a large bowl add 1 cup of Sabudana (soaked in water) and add grinded peanut powder and add salt as per you taste then add 2 teaspoon of sugar and mix it well.

Step 2 (Sabudana Khichdi)

Take a pan add 2 tablespoon of ghee and add green chilli and add 2 numbers of boiled potatoes (medium size potato cook properly). And add the Sabudana and cook it by covering it on low flame and Garnish it with handful of coriander leaves.

The Sabudana Khichdi is ready to serve with green chutney or ketchup by the side. So you can try this recipe in your home and enjoy it and share the recipe with your family and friends.
