INGREDIENTS:

Olive Oil – 2 tbsp.

Garlic Cloves

Chopped Onion – 2 no’s

Potato – 2 no’s Chopped

Chopped Carrot – 2 no’s

Celery – 2 no’s

Chicken – 200 gram (Bone and Boneless)

Cooked Noodle – 1 cup

Salt – 1 tsp.

Pepper – 1 tsp.

Preparation Method

Step 1 (Chicken Noodle Soup)

Today’s recipe is a very simple and delicious chicken noodle soup and so let’s gets started.

Take a pressure cooker and add all the ingredients starting with add 2 teaspoons of olive oil and add few cloves of garlic and add 2 medium sized onions chopped.

Step 2 

 I have just kept the 2 small size potatoes in water, so that they won’t turn brown. Discard the water than add the potatoes chopped and add 2 medium size carrots chopped.

And add 2 sticks of celery and I have a taken 200 grams of chicken take both the combination of chicken with Bone and boneless chicken. And I have cut the bone less chicken into small pieces.

Step 3 (Chicken Noodle Soup)

So for soup you will definitely need a few pieces with the bowl that’s what gives you the flavor for the chicken soup and season with salt 1 teaspoon than add 1 teaspoon of pepper.

So once the meat turns white add enough water to cover the ingredients and close the pressure cooker. And keep the pressure cook on medium flame for about 4 to 5 whistles.

Step 4 

So we have some cooked noodles here, then move the soup into soup bowl and now add little bit of the noodles on the soup bowl and finally add some freshly ground pepper.
