INGREDIENTS:

Mixed Dry Fruits & Raisins – 1 Cup

Pitted Date – 7

Milk – 3 Cups

Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp.

Preparation Method – Type 1

Step 1 (Dry Fruits Milkshake)

Today’s recipe is delicious and taste recipe that is Mango Smoothie and so let’s gets started.

 I have 1 cup of soaked mixed nuts and raisins and about 7 pitted dates that have been soaked within a little water.

So first I have taken a blender and add 1 cup of soaked mixed nuts and raisins and add 7 pitted dates (soaked) grind the nuts and the dates. Before grinding add a little milk to grind the nuts and the dates.

Step 2 (Dry Fruits Milkshake)

I am going to add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder and add a few ice cubes, since the dates and raisins are already very sweet you can add sugar according to your taste if it required.

Then add about 2 cups of milk and blend everything together, the milkshake is done. It has been blended to a nice smooth consistency and garnishes it with some saffron strands serve this drink nice and cold and enjoy it.

Cashew nuts – 10 No’s

Almonds – 10 No’s

Raisins – 10 No’s

Pistachio – 10 No’s

Figs – 5 No’s

Dates – Seedless – 5 No’s

Milk – 2 Cups

Sugar to taste

Step 1 (Dry Fruits Milkshake)

First take blinder and add 10 Cashew nuts and add 10 Almonds then add 10 Raisins and add 10 Pistachio and add 5 Figs then add 5 Dates (Seedless) then add 2 cup of milk and add sugar as per your need then grind it.

And garnishes it with some pieces of Badam and Pista and serve this drink nice and cold and enjoy it.
