INGREDIENTS:

Mango – 1No Large Size

Almond / Badam – 8 to 10 no’s (Soaked)

Honey – 5 Tsps.

Curd – 1 cup

Ice cubes

Preparation Method – Type 1

Step 1 

Today’s recipe is delicious and taste recipe that is Mango Smoothie and so let’s gets started.

A Smoothie is nothing but a Milkshake, without the component of milk. In this case, the milk is replaced with Yogurt or alternate Nut milk like a Walnut milk, Almond milk or Coconut milk.

It is a very refreshing and healthy drink it is a combination of mango, Badam, Honey and Curd.

Step 2 (Mango Smoothie)

I have soaked the 8 to 10 numbers of Almonds (Badam) for about 8 hours over night and I have taken one large mango cut into small pieces and move it to the mixer jar.

Remove the skin form the soaked almonds (Badam) and add it to the same mixer jar and add honey about 4 to 5 teaspoons and add one cup of thick curd and add few ice cubes.

Now blend everything together so you can get very nice and refreshing Mango Smoothie.

INGREDIENTS:

Alfonso pulp – 1Cup

Coconut milk – 2 Cups

Pineapple slices

Honey – 5 Tsps.

Ice cubes

Preparation Method – Type 2

Step 1

I have taken fresh Alfonso pulp and move it to the mixer jar and add 2 Cups of Coconut milk then add some Pineapple slices and add honey about 4 to 5 teaspoons and to this add some cubes of Ice.

Now blend everything together so you can get very nice and taste Mango Smoothie.
