Fresh Coconut  

1 large cup Water

Step 1 (Home-made Coconut Milk)

Today’s recipe is delicious Home-made Coconut Milk and so let’s gets started.

For making the Coconut Milk in Home, first i have taken a fresh coconut broken into two pieces. And now burn the flame and try heating up all the sides of the outside part of the coconut using a tong.

Step 2 (Coconut Milk)

After around five minutes to ten minutes the tender part of the coconut will start shrinking and separating itself from the shell. Allow it to cool down for about five minutes, you will find a gap between the shell and the fruit by now.

Start separating it more with the sharp end of the knife; you will see the tender coconut part completely separates from the shell. But the brown skin which still stays on, now slice the coconut into bigger pieces start peeling the outer brown layer.

Step 3 

Now cut the bigger pieces into small chunks put these into a mixer jar and grind it without any water. Fresh grated coconut is ready.

For making Home-made Coconut Milk just take fresh grated coconut and add enough water and just blend it. Now take a sieve and strain it.

Step 4 

So here I have the two extracts for the coconut milk the first milk is the thick milk and the second milk you can use the same pulp add a little more water and extract the second diluted milk. So this is way to make fresh Coconut Milk in Home.
