INGREDIENTS:

Browning the Onions

  • Oil – As per your need
  • Butter – 1 Cube
  • Onion – 1 No (Thinly Sliced)

Roasting the Eggs

  • Boiled Egg – 6 No’s
  • Butter – 1 Cube
  • Chilli Powder – ½ TSP
  • Turmeric Powder – ½ TSP
  • Coriander Powder – ½ TSP
  • Salt – As per your taste
  • Pepper – ½ TSP
  • Garam Masala – ½ TSP
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 TSP

Making Curd Mixture

  • Curd – 1 Cup
  • Chilli Powder – 1 TSP
  • Turmeric Powder – ½ TSP
  • Coriander Powder – ½ TSP
  • Garam Masala – ½ TSP
  • Pepper Powder – ¼ TSP
  • Salt – As per your taste

Making Biryani

  • Oil – As per your need
  • Spices : Cinnamon, Star Anise, Cardamom,
    • Cloves & Bay Leaf
  • Onion – 1 No (Thinly Sliced)
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – ½ TSP
  • Tomato – 1 No (Chopped)
  • Prepared Curd mixture
  • Soaked Basmati Rice – 250 Gram
  • Salt – As per your taste
  • Biryani Masala – 1 TSP
  • Garnish – With Coriander Leaves
  • Water – As per your need      

Preparation Method

Today’s recipe is delicious and taste recipe that is Restaurant Style Egg Biryani and so let’s gets started.

Step 1 (Restaurant Style Egg Biryani)

  1. Take a pan and add 6 eggs and boil it.
  2. Take a pan and add Oil as per your need & add Butter 1 Cube and mix it well.
  3. Add Onion 1 No (Thinly Sliced) and fry it till reaches golden brown colour & keep it aside.
  4. To the same pan add Butter 1 Cube and add oil as per your need and mix it well.
  5. And add Chilli Powder ½ TSP & then add Turmeric Powder ½ TSP and add Coriander Powder ½ TSP.
  6. And add Salt – As per your taste and then add Pepper – ½ TSP & add Garam Masala – ½ TSP.
  7. And add Ginger Garlic Paste 1 TSP and mix it well.
  8. And Boiled Egg 6 No’s and mix it well and keep it aside.
  9. Take a bowl and add Curd 1 Cup and then add Chilli Powder 1 TSP and add Turmeric Powder ½ TSP.
  10. And add Coriander Powder ½ TSP and then add Garam Masala ½ TSP and add Pepper Powder ¼ TSP.
  11. Then add Salt As per your taste and mix it well and keep it aside.

Step 2

  1. Take a pressure cooker and oil as per your need.
  2. And add Spices : Cinnamon, Star Anise, Cardamom, Cloves & Bay Leaf and mix it well.
  3. Add Onion 1 No (Thinly Sliced) and add Ginger Garlic Paste ½ TSP and mix it well.
  4. And add Tomato 1 No (Chopped) and then add Prepared Curd mixture and mix it well.
  5. Add Soaked Basmati Rice 250 Gram and mix it well.
  6. Add Salt as per your taste and add Biryani Masala 1 TSP and mix it well.
  7. And Garnish With Coriander Leaves and add Water As per your need and mix it well.
  8. Close the pressure cooker with its lid and pressure cook it for 1 whistle.
