  • Onion – 2 NOS (Chopped)
  • Curry Leaves – Few
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 TSP
  • Tomato – 2 Nos (Chopped)
  • Salt – As per your taste
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 TSP
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 TSP
  • Coriander Powder – 1 TSP
  • Water – As per your need
  • Boiled Potato – 3 Nos (Chopped)
  • Garam Masala – 1/2 TSP
  • Garnish – with Coriander Leaves

  • Take a kadai and add Oil – As per your need

  • Add Water – As per your need and mix it well & continue cooking for few more minutes
  • Add Boiled Potato – 3 Nos (Chopped) & mix it well
  • Add Garam Masala – 1/2 TSP & mix it well & continue cooking for few more minutes
  • Then Garnish – with Coriander Leaves
