  • Chilli Flakes – 1 TSP
  • Mixed Herbs – 1 TSP
  • Salt – As per your taste
  • Pepper Powder – 1/2 TSP
  • Coriander Leaves – Finely Chopped
  • Corn Flour – 1 Tablespoon
  • Oil – As per your need
  • Cheese Cubes – 5 No’s
  • Bread Crumbs – 1 Cup

Step 1 (Broccoli Cheese Balls)

1. Take a bowl and mash the Boiled Potato – 5 No’s
2. Then add Broccoli – 1 Cup (Finely Chopped) & mix it well
3. Then add Onion – 1/2 Cup (Finely Chopped) & mix it well
4. Then add Garlic – 2 Cloves (Finely Chopped) & mix it well
5. Add Chilli Flakes – 1 TSP & add Mixed Herbs – 1 TSP & mix it well
6. Then add Salt – As per your taste & add Pepper Powder – 1/2 TSP
7. Then add Coriander Leaves – Finely Chopped & mix it well
8. Then add Corn Flour – 1 Tablespoon & mix it well
9. Then add Oil – As per your need & mix it well to form the dough
10. Take a small portion from dough & make a ball by keeping the cheese in the center of the ball
11. Coat the ball with bread Crumbs & keep it a side
12. Take a kadai and deep fry it & move it to a serving plate.
