Broccoli Soup Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound (450g) fresh broccoli, chopped
  • 4 cups (950ml) vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream or milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Grated cheddar cheese or croutons for garnish

Step 1 (Broccoli Soup)
