  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • A few curry leaves, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Water, as needed
  • Oil, for deep frying

  • Gradually add water to the mixture while stirring to form a smooth and thick batter.
  • Take a pan and add oil and heat it by keeping the flame on low.
  • Once the oil is hot, take small portions of the batter and drop them into the oil using your fingers or a spoon.
  • You can shape them into small rounds or irregular shapes.

  • Fry the bondas until they turn golden brown and crispy on both the sides by flipping it.
