INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound of fish fillets (such as cod, tilapia, or salmon), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and diced
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 3 cups of fish or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper as per your taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Preparation Method

Today’s recipe is delicious and taste recipe that is Fish Soup and so let’s gets started.

Step 1 (Fish Soup)

  • Take a Pan and add oil and heat it medium flame and add the chopped onion and cook it until it become light golden brown colour.
  • And then add minced garlic and add the diced carrot and continue cooking for few minutes.
  • Pour in the canned diced tomatoes and then add fish or vegetable broth and add 1 cup of water.
  • And add the bay leaf and then add 1 teaspoon of dried thyme and check for seasoning by adding salt and pepper as per your taste.

Step 2 (Fish Soup)

  • Continue cooking for 20 minutes by keeping the flame on low and
    add the fish pieces to the pan and gently stir to incorporate them into the soup.
  • Remove the bay leaf from the soup. Serve the fish soup hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley, and accompany it with lemon wedges for a bright burst of flavour.
  • Feel free to customize the fish soup by adding other ingredients like potatoes, bell peppers, or different herbs and spices to suit your taste preferences.
