INGREDIENTS:

  • Banana  – 4 Nos
  • Pitted Dates – 10 Nos
  • Almonds – 6 Nos (Finely Chopped)
  • Cashew Nuts – 6 Nos (Finely Chopped)
  • Boiled Milk – 250 ML (Cooled Milk)
  • Sugar – 3 Teaspoon
  • Vanilla Essence – ¼ Teaspoon
  • White Chocolate -10 Nos
  • Black Chocolate -10 Nos
  • Cherry – 4 Nos
  • Cardamom Powder – 1 Teaspoon (Grinded)
  • Honey – 2 Teaspoon

Preparation Method

Today’s recipe is a Banana Dates Milk Shake, so let’s get started.

Step 1 

1. Take 4 No’s of bananas and Chop it into slices and keep them in a bowl.

2. Take 10 No’s of Pitted Dates and remove the seeds from the dates and keep them in a bowl.

3. Take a blender and add the chopped banana slices and then add the pitted dates.

4. Then add 6 No’s of finely chopped almonds and then add 6 No’s of finely chopped cashew   nuts and add honey 2 teaspoon.

Step 2 

1. And then add 3 teaspoon of sugar and add ¼ teaspoon of vanilla essence and then add and 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder and add 250 ml of boiled and cooled milk.

2. Then Blend them finely and transfer the Banana Dates milkshake into a serving glass.

3. And Garnish it with black chocolate, white chocolate, chopped nuts and few cherry.
