INGREDIENTS:

Minced Mutton – 100 gm.

Moong Dal – 50 gm.

Broken basmati Rice – 1 tbsp.

Tomato – 1 chopped

Onion – 1 finely chopped

Green chilli – 1 chopped

Ginger & garlic paste – 1 tsp.

Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp.

Salt to taste

Ghee – 3 tsp.

Mint leaves

Coriander leaves

Cardamom pods – 2

Cinnamon

Clove

Preparation Method

Step 1 (Mutton Keema Soup)

Today’s recipe is a lovely Wholesome Soup its Mutton Keema Soup, let’s get started

Let’s take a look at the ingredients got 100 grams minced mutton, ginger garlic paste, Moong dhal 50 grams, broken basmati rice 1 tablespoon, 1 tomato chopped, 1 medium sized onion finely chopped, 1 green chilli chopped, coriander leaves, mint leaves, ghee, chilli powder, salt and whole spices (carbon, cloves and cinnamon).

Step 2 

In a pressure cooker take about 3 teaspoons of ghee and to this add the whole spices next add the onions, green chillies. Once the onion get transparent then add the moong dhal and next to add ginger-garlic paste about a teaspoon.

Now add the minced meat and add the tomatoes add a little salt, chilli powder about 1/2 TSP and add the coriander and the mint leaves mix it nicely.

Step 3 

Finally add the broken basmati rice; it’s more like thick forage so it’s very filling you can eat it as it is and it’s also very wholesome. Once you have added all the ingredients gently mix it and add enough water and close the pressure cooker.

And cook it for about 5 to 6 whistles, the soup is ready it sees a lovely thick porridge consistency, there you have an absolutely delicious wholesome Mutton Keema Soup.
