- Puffed Rice – 2 Cup
- Masala Puffed Rice – 2 Cup

- Pomegranate – 1/2 Cup
- Boiled Potato – 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
- Raw Mango – 1/2 Cup (Finely Chopped)
- Cucumber – 1/2 Cup (Finely Chopped)
- Salt – As per your taste
- Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 TSP
- Coriander Powder – 1/2 TSP
- Chat Masala – 1/2 TSP
- Lemon Juice – 1 TSP
- Bhel Puri Chutney – 1 TSP
- Tamarind Chutney – 1 TSP
- Sev – 1 Cup
- Garnish with Coriander Leaves

- Take a bowl and add Puffed Rice 2 Cup.
- And add Masala Puffed Rice 2 Cup and mix it well.
- Add Onion 1/2 Cup (Finely Chopped) and add Carrot 1/4 Cup (Grated).
- And add Pomegranate 1/2 Cup and mix it well.
- Add Boiled Potato 1/2 Cup (Chopped) & add Raw Mango 1/2 Cup (Finely Chopped) and mix it well.
- And add Cucumber – 1/2 Cup (Finely Chopped) and mix it well.
- And add Salt As per your taste and add Red Chilli Powder 1/2 TSP.
- And add Coriander Powder 1/2 TSP and add Chat Masala 1/2 TSP.
- And add Lemon Juice 1 TSP and mix it well.
- And add Bhel Puri Chutney 1 TSP and add Tamarind Chutney 1 TSP and mix it well.
- And add Sev 1 Cup and mix it well.
- Move the Bhel Puri to a serving bowl and Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
