How to make Palak Roti?

INGREDIENTS
- Palak – 1 Cup
- Wheat Flour – 2 Cup
- Salt – As per your taste
- Chat Masala – 1/2 TSP
- Asafoetida Powder – ½ TSP
- Red Chilli Powder – ½ TSP
- Turmeric Powder – ½ TSP
- Ajwain – 1/4 TSP
- Blended Palak Mixture – 1 Cup
- Water – As per your need
- Oil – As per your need

Preparation Method:
- Take 1 cup of palak and wash it and blend it well and kept it a side.
- Take a bowl and add wheat flour 2 cup.
- Add salt as per your taste and add chat masala ½ TSP.
- Add asafoetida ½ TSP and add red chilli powder ½ TSP.
- Add turmeric powder ½ TSP and add ajwain ¼ TSP and mix it well.
- Then add blended palak mixture and mix it well.
- Then add water as per your need and mix it well.
- Then add oil as per your need and mix it well.
- Divide the dough into equal-sized portions and roll each portion into a smooth ball.
- Flatten each ball slightly and dust it with some flour. Using a rolling pin, roll out each ball into a thin circle.
- Heat a tawa over medium heat. Need to Place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa.
- Cook for about a minute until you see bubbles forming on the surface.
- Then flip the paratha for cooking the other side. Spread a little ghee or oil over the surface and edges of the paratha.
- Continue Cooking till both the sides reaches golden brown colour and crisp. Continue the process for the remaining dough balls also.
- Palak Roti is ready to serve.
